When it comes to regret, there’s nothing quite like a building mistake that you have to live with everyday – especially if it’s a costly one. So, The Master Builders Association of Victoria needed to find a memorable way to remind customers of the importance of hiring a Master Builder.

The ‘Is your Builder a Master Builder?’ campaign took a humorous look at the costly errors that can happen when a builder is not up to scratch. It’s a laugh at their expense (quite literally), and a strong reminder to ask the question before someone asks you.

The campaign generated a reach of over 190,931 and attracted 7,924 new visitors to the website. During the period, dozens of new tradesmen became Master Builders and the campaign itself received accolades at several award shows.
